Anne Joyner
Anne Joyner is MTR's Development
Director. She has over 20 years of experience
working for private institutions including
chambers of commerce, membership organizations,
educational institutions, and non-profit
organizations. She has developed and implemented
numerous programs which have received national
attention including The UMBC Forum, a
prestigious lecture series; emergency
preparedness training programs; and work and
family programs. She has served on the Board of
Directors for March of Dimes and raised funds
for over 10 years for New Jersey Special
Olympics.
She is a founding member of the Long Valley
Trail Association, NJ. She has received numerous
awards and recognition including: Recipient of
Humanitarian with Heart, American Heart
Association; The FDR Award by March of
Dimes; Volunteer of the Year by NJ
Special Olympics; scholarship recipient
International Wilderness Leadership Foundation;
and is an American Management Association
Scholarship Recipient.

Kelly Rodgers
Kelly Rodgers is MTR's Program Manager. Her wonderful disposition and love of therapeutic riding shines through every day at MTR. She has made therapeutic riding her life purpose. She is a graduate of Centenery College where she obtained B.S. in Equine Studies and Management in 2006. During her time in college she became a certified therapeutic riding instructor. In addition to Naomi,
MTR's founder, and Jo, Kelly also offers independent lessons to any rider of any age and ability. Kelly says, "We can't appreciate what therapeutic riding means to some of the clients we serve."

Jo McCallum
As Equine and Facility Manager, Joanne McCallum "Jo" is responsible for the wonderful herd of MTR horses and our beautiful facility. Jo grew up in England and is certified by the prestigious British Horse Society as an instructor. Jo has a wonderful comprehension of the chemistry of people and horses. Her enthusiasm, organizational skills, and energy make MTR run every day. As a BHSA Instructor, Jo offers training in horsemanship to anyone from beginner to advanced and child to adult.
